"Went for a simple oil change nothing else and it took over an hour and 45mins. I understand they like to check everything with the vehicle but it still shouldn’t have took that long especially since I was the only one there. I was trying to explain to the lady my phone was dying and I was using Apple Pay but she still tried to get me to get more stuff done to the car. Luckily another lady came in and let me pay before my phone died. They did do the oil change so I’m grateful for that but please be mindful of peoples time."

"It started really well them being able to get me in quickly and at that time. But then it took a turn. I arrived at 12:45 and I drove off at 2:14. Simple basic oil change no filter, just a oil change. We're unable to reset my oil light at the end. I told him I would get it done. Because I needed to leave. Mixed emotions."

"These guys just had it together. Was able to schedule an appointment last minute (many other shops let you schedule and then cancel when you show up), their appointment system was actually accurate. Their manager/coordinator was solid at actually getting a mechanic assigned to the car, they even synced up my profile from another vehicle. They actually completed a full inspection with photos which was super helpful. Finally they finished the service super fast, didn’t push any services, and had keys ready when I returned. I’ll definitely be back."

"This Meineke is always fast and professional. Update: My oil change was done incorrectly and parts were left off. In this case it was the oil filter cap center tube. This almost immediately will cause service engine codes, which this did. At first I didn't believe it could be the part that was left out so I checked the vanos system, which is directly affected by this part being left out. Eventually I took the filter cap off and the part wasn't there. This is not an expensive part, but is critical for proper engine operation and lubrication. I originally contacted Meineke on 9/23 but was told I would need to speak with the tech who was off that day. I followed up today and I was told that the tech remembers this car and stated he did put it back in. I told them that he absolutely didn't and that I had already ordered a new cap. Meineke then offered to help me diagnose the issue. I didn't need to diagnose the vehicle, I need the part that probably came off with the old filter and is wherever the old filter a disposed of at this Meineke, but instead of looking the chose to be disagreeable, condescending and hung up. I've gone to this Meineke a few times in the past, but this Meineke chose to go this route over compensating me for a $12 part and seriously thought that this is what someone would scam them over."

"I absolutely love this Meineke location! Not only were the employees super nice, they were thorough! I only wanted an oil change but I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed auto vitals they texted to me. Bonus points: the coffee was good and the restroom was super clean and very nice!"
