"TN Dentistry staff was amazing from front desk to back office. Doctor was pleasant, explained everything. Glad we found this place. Star was very informative. Highly recommend"
"Don’t get your dental work done here!! Don’t bring your children to this horrific practice!!! I have taken all of my children for over 26 years to see Dr. Ngo who retired and we liked the Dr. that took over he was knowledge and his bedside manner was awesome! However after so many years of driving so far to stay committed to this practice, a newer dentist took over and had done a horrible job! I went in today to have a root canal done for my daughter who had been waiting in pain with no follow up from the office to schedule care knowing she needed to get it fixed asap. The front office treated me with aggravated manner that was uncalled for because I didn’t have the money to afford paying $650.00 for a porcelain crown and agreed to do the stainless steel crown. I asked if they had knowledge of any other dentists that could do the resin crown versus the stainless steel and they told me I could find another dentist which was not what I wanted. I told them since my daughter is in horrible pain let’s just do it and use the stainless steel. I also walked in at 2:08pm(my appointment was at 2:00pm) which they got upset with me for even though they are aware we drive over an hour to get there in traffic. Which I apologized for and kindly told her I was willing to wait if we needed to because of being tardy. When we got back to the seat to get prepped the dentist came in and asked how we were and I shared with him I was upset(dumbfounded) by the treatment the front desk treated me with and he then defended the staff versus me! He said it’s because I was late which I was fine waiting as long as we needed to because of it and apologized for being a little behind. Mind you another customer came in late and she reacted with kind demeanor opposite of how I was greeted completely and said it was just fine and smiled. He also started to lecture me that dealing with my insurance is completely my responsibility and not theirs at all, which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. I didn’t know with a large number of help in the office they need customers to handle the codes, billing, and payment from the insurance to his office. He kept telling me since I got a letter in the mail from the insurance that they would not pay for the porcelain crown I should have known to call their office to schedule the root canal although they told me they would call me to set up an appointment once the insurance got them an answer, which they never did! Instead leaving a child in pain waiting to hear from their office while they never intended to call us back at all. Which now I see was intentional. So he then told me that his front office was justified in my treatment and that he was refusing to do the root canal no matter how much pain she was in and that we needed to leave. No compassion for my child or the fact that they refused to treat something he did originally that caused her to be in continuous pain. I guess demeaning customer service is how they handle their clients and if you don’t like it oh well. The customer is not right no matter what in this office. He also disregarded her crying at the last appointment because she was in pain and couldn’t breathe, he just said he needed to finish and she would have to just deal with it and he didn’t care because it would cause him to have to start all over and he doesn’t have time for that. Talk about no regard for children in pain his God complex of turning us away with a huge smile showed me we were lucky to no longer have to deal with him at all ever again! I never raised my voice. I never was disrespectful, I was more confused by how everyone there was treating me because I have low income and they refuse to do a resin crown because they make more money on porcelain crowns. Mind blown if you want a disrespectful staff to greet you at the door then a dentist that doesn’t care about his patients and thinks he is almighty please enjoy your visit, I’m sure it will be great!"
"Gotta hand it to TN Dentistry—they took a fearful dental phobic 70 y/o woman and made my dental appointment a good experience. Phoenix, the dental hygienist, was gentle, knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing, rite down to placing the “bib” on my chest. Dr Palmer was casual, kind, and informative in explaining my X-rays and the status of my teeth. Both of them validated me. Bonus? No cavities, no dental work needed—this time. Thank you. Oh, and the gals at the front desk are hilarious!"
"I can not thank TN Dentistry enough for what they did for our family. My daughter is 44 yrs old and is mentally disabled. She has an overwhelming fear of dentists offices so all her dentistry has to be performed in a hospital setting. Of course, she has a fear of hospitals. It is a horrible situation to have to deal with for everyone concerned. The staff at TN were so helpful understanding and professional. They took so much weight off our shoulders and arranged the whole thing. They scheduled the hospital, arranged the anesthesia and got all the insurance pre-approval done. The day we went to the hospital went so smoothly, it was heaven compared to past experiences. When we met Dr Jackson for the first time in pre-op, we really liked his upbeat, can do personality. You could tell he was confident and knew what he was doing, which took away any fear we had up till then. Everything went well during the surgery and our daughter is doing great. Thanks to everyone at TN Dentistry. You should put your trust in them for all your dental needs, we do."
