"Alex was very sweet and took the x-rays. She took her time and fit them in my mouth gently and took them quickly. Ashley cleaned my teeth and did a great job. She was very sweet also. Took her time and was very gentle. Dr. Seyller was my Dentist. She looked at my teeth . Told me what I needed to do. Again very gently and sweet. I’m all set up for my next appointments. I had an excellent overall appointment. The staff there is very nice and answered my questions. It’s definitely a 5 STAR for me."

"On my 3rd visit I finally had a staff that was exceptional(Dr Seyller and Desiree), in addition to front desk. My first 2 visits not so much. The assistant did encounter a malfunction with one piece of equipment which added to some wait time. All equipment should be checked prior to intended use. Also, I feel the office could use some “sprucing” up—i.e. painting the walls. While care is the priority(again happy with this visit) I kept noticing all the scuff marks on the walls—lots."

"New Patient appointments- be prepared to block out 1.5-2hours. I scheduled a 3:00pm appointment was on time and finished new patient paperwork by 3:15pm. I was expecting to go in for a new patient appointment and a cleaning thinking it would take about 1 hour. After all was said and done, I had to reschedule the cleaning for another day because they didn’t have someone available to do the cleaning they recommended. Staff was great, Office pleasant and clean but they lacked a sense of urgency. I spent about an hour in the chair waiting before being seen by the Provider whom I liked as she was friendly and good at her job. My only suggestion is to train staff to do a better job at setting expectations for the duration of a new patient appointment. Frustrated that I left in a rush to get somewhere by 5:30pm in rush hour traffic."
