"Worst salon ive ever been to. SCAM. Trust me you need to read to know what ur dealing with. If i could leave a 0 star i would. i went in asking for keratin treatment for my hair and she told me and showed me a picture of what it would look like. so i was like perfectly i trusted her with my hair to be straight like she said. I see my hair is not really straight and i asked her is it gonna stay like this and she goes no itll be more straighter. so i trusted her she blowed dryed my hair and told me not to wash for 2days i do exactly that. After the 2 days my hair was still CURLY like literally every strand had a curl it was so uneven!!! i text her she said she will fix it so i ttrusted her again!!. i go to another salon more professional to examine my hair and they said that this lady has most definietly scammed me. they said she did not use keratin on my hair but most definitely used perm on my hair they told me to explain the whole process and what i went thru and how it smelled and i told them and they told me " sorry to break it to you but thats not keratin in your hair thats a perm go back and get your money" so i text her saying i want a refund respectfully so says no refunds she wants to fix it i kept telling her that i dont trust her with my hair after the salon has told me she put products in my hair that i did NOT ask for i asked for keratin. i wanted my money back and she eventually said if you want your money back ill chop ur hair short then give it to you. I agreed i said okay chop it short she says no ill make you bald instead. ????????? she continues to say im disrespectful and rude customer but why because i wanted a refund?? because im disappointed i got scammed??? she charged me $230 saying its keratin turns out she scammed me put cheap perm in my hair and took 230 perms arent even worth that much!! i still havent got my money back i will not let this go until i do. DO NOT GO HERE IM TELLING YOU ITS A SCAM my hair has so much curly spots in it some straight some curly so uneven looks gross! she Also said that she deals with customers like me all the time that says a lot about her work cclearly so many unhappy customers she said it for herself. She keeps changing up her stories as well so many lies lies lies after i told her i was unhappy she goes i told you it would be 80% straight she NEVERR said that! also my hair not even 80% straight its like 20% ill add pictures in here and screenshots of our convo probably tomorrow"

The atmosphere is welcoming. My hair looks the best it has ever. The quality and detailed work are excellent. I highly recommended her."

"Just opened! Took advantage of the 30% off and got a haircut and blow dry for $35 wow I look like a new person my hair was so split she cut about 4 inches and layers and I look like a new person. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable especially as I only get my haircut a couple times a year."
