Upon arrival he dropped what he was working on so he could have a consultation with me. This was followed up by him putting the truck on the lift and checking the alignment. He made is recommendations and showed me exactly where on the truck the adjustments are made. It was more than just an alignment. It was an education. Mike should be considered highly knowledgeable, skilled, honest and trustworthy. I don't have the need for too many wheel alignments, but I will certainly seek him out again in the future and recommend him to anyone who asks."
