"On Feb 5, 2024, I went to Gentle Dental Dental to complete my deep cleaning procedure with Amber. I met with the office mgr. who insisted that I have to sign a consent form that faintly printed and I couldn't read, otherwise she will deny my treatment. I informed the office mgr. that i have gum irritation and i need to see the hygienist. Thank God and Amber, who walk me through the form and i signed it. I believe the office mgr. needs a lot of customer service training and definitely she can use some more decency. Helmy Sultan, Ph.D."
"My last three visits here have been like visiting a warm, sunlit meadow with a cool breeze, while puppies happily play and birds chirp as a stream burbles in the background, with a feeling like I have all the time in the world at my disposal with no responsibilities, no unmet needs and a surplus of contentment that seems without end. Never have I experienced a dental office that gave me no reasons for concern, or conducted procedures my 52 year old mouth knows would involve pain, discomfort and anxiety, but did them with shockingly no pain or discomfort, for the first time ever.
