"I wish I could say this is a first time experience but it's not. Waited to get my haircut but the other available stylist kept going between some back room and her station. Completely ignoring those that were waiting. After 20 minutes of being ignored by the available stylist I left. And again, this was not the first time this happened to me at this location. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION."

"I have been getting my haircut at great clips for the last two years, I don’t think I will anymore. The lady who cut my hair was extremely rude. I was insulted with questions like “where did you cut your hair before? Who agreed to cut your hair before?” I got hit on the head with the hair dryer as she was looking at the door to see if anyone is walking in (1 hour until shops close btw) She hinted me to get out of the shop multiple times as she cut my hair. “One last side and then you can go, I will fix the sides then you can go” Apart from the rude experience, this has been my worst haircut ever appearance wise and I don’t think I will ever go back to any of your locations if your barbers don’t have even basic customer service. Point to note. There were two ladies in the store. ( an older woman and a younger woman). The barber I’m talking about is the Younger woman."

"Whatever they're paying Lenetra(?), the stylist that cut my hair is not enough. Very personable, professional, and attentive. I will definitely return and ask for her by name if, of course, I got it right (above)."

"I didn't get the name of the female who answered the phone today, but she did claim to be the manager. She very much needs to work on her customer service skills when answering the phone because the attitude was unnecessary. She admitted that their phones are having problems but that didn't stop her from correcting me when I asked if I had reached Great Clips and she retorts "I didn't say Great Clips I said thanks for calling 44th Street but yah you reached Great Clips" Thanks for helping me dodge a bullet I will *definitely* be sure to take my money elsewhere"
