"Had an appointment at 3. Showed up 15 min ahead of time and the doors were locked..... called them 5 times and left a voicemail. No call back. they didn’t even call me about the appointment. Terrible communication with this office. Looking for another office to take my twins to."

"I swear they never answer. I have also left 2 voice mails in the last month and have yet to receive a callback. I probably should take my kids elsewhere, but I like how close they are to my house. AND... Their service is great when we are THERE.... but the whole scheduling process is horrible. (Again, Unless you are already there)"

"The location on Baseline & 27th Ave. Is the most unprofessional rude staff. I made an appointment for my daughter. I called the morning of her appointment to verify. She said yes it is and the time. When we got there the lady says I just left a message for you...they gave our appointment to someone else because when they called to verify nobody answered. However they didn't leave a message for me to call back to verify. That's why I called the morning of the appointment. Not only did I waste gas, time and my daughter missed school and she doesn't have a school note to excuse her absence. It's not like we are new patients. I have always called to cancel any appointments that I was unable to keep. They could have at least offered to do the exrays that they have to send in to get the prior otherization that they need."

"No good survive. Took my 2 children had an appointment and the place was closed.. no call to say no one would be there. Called the number to another one they have close by and no answer!"

"The staff is very unprofessional. Other parents do not observe the no eating policy in the office, nor does the staff. My daughter had an appointment first thing in the morning and was not allowed to eat. While waiting to be called back a mother and her child were eating McDonalds in the waiting room. When she was laying in the dentist chair a staff member was munching on chips while standing over her placing the bag on a shelf in the room. I will never go back and I don't recommend this place to any one."
