Tricked my husband into signing a treatment plan for services not covered by insurance without clearly explaining what was and was not covered. This was after he clearly stated that he didn't want any procedures that were not covered by insurance. Follow up with the office manager demonstrated a lack of customer focus or any attempt to make things right."
