"Honestly the dentist is fine, it’s really the front staff that isn’t good. There’s one lady in particular who is rude and very unorganized. I have asked multiple times for documents and they tell me they will call me back and never do or can’t locate the document I’m looking for. They have also processed my insurance incorrectly. Such a bummer because I live in the neighborhood but I’m going to have to drive further to find something more friendly and organized."

He noticed my nervousness and was very patient and kind. He took the time to explain my options in detail and he didn’t rush me into a decision.
