"I went to get my A/C fixed. When they did it, the took out the band from my car and never put it back. It made my car overheat and wasn’t able to drive it. I called them and they said they don’t remember touching it. My car works perfectly nothing happened to it until i went with them. Such a coincidence that my car overheated and stopped working after they changed it. I had to pay extra to get a new one and for the mecanic to put it in. I went with someone else to get that fixed. There’s the before and after. Mad bc they made me waste over $300 total."

"My main issue with this place was the facility itself and the office workers. The office itself was closed so there's only a garage type part where you wait for your vehicle. No tempature control or anything of the sort was difficult to just stand outside for an hour and a half waiting for my car. There were a couple chairs but they were over by the girls that I guess were supposed to be office personnel, definite vibe that I was not welcome to go sit in one..its hot I'm standing outside and obviously cant go anywhere, and there are no vending machines...asked for water for my puppy after an hour and was told no, go to a neighboring business and have them turn on the hose for you..they don't have water. It was actually one of the mechanics who stepped in and at least told me I can get from the bathroom faucet if I've got a cup. Dont get me wrong I dont expect to be waited on by them but if you've got my vehicle working on it you know I'm stuck. The office isn't able to be accessed so I have no choice other than stand in the heat. Very, very awkward and uncomfortable, made that much worse by one of the girls obvious intolerance to any one thing that interrupted her scrolling around on her phone and laughing.. I was so frustrated, uncomfortable, overheated, and feeling unwelcome by the time the car was done I actually paid extra as opposed to running to an atm and saving close to $20 just so I could leave sooner. Now , it is important to note that applies only to the girls working the table which I guess was a substitute to the office portion, though they literally did nothing the whole time I was there other than yell to the shop workers when I asked about services for my car. It was hands down the most uncomfortable unfriendly unprofessional , lacking in basic human decency type of experience I have had in a long, long time. The guys working over in the shop area that I had contact with were courteous and professional and got the job done. They are in no way personally a part of this negative review, though I would say I hope their attention is drawn to what's happening on the front end because I promise it will end up costing them alot of business, unfortunately. Though I like them and the job was right, I will not go back because of the rest of the experience."
