"Wouldn’t trust them again had parts stolen! I had taken my truck to had the transmission change for another one that I purchased at a used part store. They took for ever to swap the transmission’s and in doing so made me lose the guarantee for the transmission since I could return the core on time. Only excuse I was given was that Arturo had left to see a baseball game out of town left Ramon in charge of the swap and Ramon left for vacation so no one was left with the job but they said they’ll talk to the place I bought it from to reinstate the guarantee but never did and left me hanging with a transmission that was compatible because they didn’t complete the job in the time frame they promised. BUT! That’s not the worse I took the trunk home now the trunk couldn’t go over 15mph and had the 4x4 service light on I was just told it by Arturo that it was because the transmission wasn’t compatible. After a while I ended up taking it to a different shop they found the right transmission but when they return it told me the drive shaft had to be replaced be cause it was broken but wasn’t before taking it to Arturo and they told me the front differential for the 4x4 and axels along with the crossmember where missing!!! That is a more than a $2k job that I have to invest in my trunk because most like they broke the pieces like they did the drive axel or stole them!"
