"I recently purchased a product online for pickup at this store. When I went to use the product, I found that it was opened, had no safety seal, and there was human hair inside. I am disgusted that Ulta makes their employees feel that they need to resell opened and used products to other customers. The product could be tampered with and so unhygienic. But when I buy something from Ulta stores - I am expecting a new product. That is what I'm paying for. This is a foul company policy and it does not make me feel safe purchasing from Ulta as a consumer. On top of this, I reached out to Ulta Customer Service to see how they can make this right only to be given the run around by several different employees - asking me to provide them with information that I've previously given and being extremely condescending. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on."
