I have taken my Toyota to this location for routine oil changes for the past several months and I have never been treated with such disregard. "Service was fine, I was more concerned with my cost being more almost $200 more than what I agreed to pay. I haven't been able to speak with Bob, my service adviser, or the service manager. The guy that got me my car didn't seem to care when I brought up the discrepancy just wanted me to pay my bill and go. (He said they didn't know where Bob was)"

"Brought my old toyota prius in for diagnosis. Was told it had a head gasket leak and it would be $500 for the gasket only check the leak and if that doesnt do it up to 5k. I said ok go for it 500 sounds good. The next day they said oops its actually going to be $5000. I said never mind give me my car. I don't mind that it was so expensive, even though I cant pay that much... I do mind feeling mislead that it would be a much more affordable number. I took my car I will figure something else out."
