"We had an emergency dental situation. Not only was it Saturday but close to closing time. This dental office showed so much compassion for our situation. We are forever grateful! I would recommend this dental office to everyone!"

"8 months ago, I received a flyer from them asking for new customers. I called and scheduled my first appointment for a cleaning The office had to reschedule the appointment 3 times before I got in. The cancelations was done by them, not me. When I finally got in, they couldn't finish my cleaning and I had to come back. Should've known then it wasn't going to work with this new company . They asked me then to schedule my next cleaning appointment for 6 months and I did. My appointment was scheduled for this past Saturday and they sent me a reminder 4 days before and I confirmed. I then received a message from them 1 day before my appointment stating my appointment was canceled and to call them. I called them the same day they left me a message canceling my appointment for the next day and I had to leave them a message. I didn't receive call back, so I called them today. I spoke with a female who had to transfer my call to someone else in the office, but didn't know how to transfer the call. Finally I'm transferred to a woman who tells me because of my insurance they can only see me on Tuesdays and Thursdays during my work shift. Mind you, my insurance hasn't changed since the last time I saw them and they're listed as in network with my provider. This makes absolutely no sense. If you're no longer open on Saturdays and no longer open until 7 as you advertise, just say that. This is one of the main reasons I went to them, they're open on Saturdays and until 7. I don't recommend this company because the office staff appears to not know how to run the office had don't care about the customers. In my opinion, any company that has to reschedule multiple times and doesn't seem to know what is going on, is not a good company."

"WOW!!! I had a great dental experience at this office Martha and Erica are very professional. They answered all my questions before getting back. Lesly the assistant was very gentle taking my X-rays. Defenetly coming back for my cleanings! Great Dental Place!"
