"I just spoke with the receptionist as a potential new patient. As a potential new patient I had a lot of questions, especially since I've had extensive dental work done. The receptionist could answer a few of my questions about cost and payment but directed me to their website for ALL other questions instead of taking the time to try and answer any. Also, he showed no compassion or care for a patient who was obviously struggling with finding the correct care that they needed. A specific question I asked was if the office was able to work with me on many allergies that I have (metal sensitivity, preservative allergy, and specific Novocaine brands allergies) and he said "maybe" with no further attempt to find out. Obviously as a biologic dentist, patients look for these dentists specifically because of types of allergies and the fact that this receptionist flippantly could care less to find out and be compassionate is ridiculous. I definitely will not be using this office."

"Went here for the first time last week based on a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. Best dental experience I have had in my adult life. Everyone was very nice and communicative and helped me understand everything that was going on. Katie was fantastic with the cleaning, highly highly recommend her! The office smells lovely, not like chemicals. It feels like you are walking into a cozy home of a friend. After the visit we had a clear plan on how to fix the problems with some of my teeth that works with my timeline and budget. Amazing experience, coming back in two weeks for some work! Can not recommend this place highly enough!"

"We took our kids here after trying several dentists and Dr Butler is excellent. The kids bonded with her and didn't have any fear about going to the dentist. Our first appointment was some heavy dental work, tooth extraction, and it went swimmingly well even though the appointment started off with my seven-year-old having a lot of anxiety about it. The doc gently explained everything to her and every tool to her and gave her knowledge and helped her feel empowered and then was very, very gentle and comforting and caring through the duration of the appointment. The kids can't wait to see the dentist."
