"Horrible, horrible, and just plain horrible! The lady butchered my son's hair. She started out doing just fine and when he learned forward at one point and specifically told her, "that's fine. I DON'T want it anymore length taken off." She acted as though she did not understand a word he just said, and pulled him back in the chair and proceeded to chop away. All in all, worst experience there. Will not be going back!"
