"So I had a rough start with La Mesa Rv. Mostly dealing with San Diego Service department. But after getting the Phoenix Service Manager & Sales Managers involved, La Mesa has earned my trust and they most likely have me as a lifelong customer.. I was not at all impressed with the San Diego location, they had my Coach most of 2023.. The Phoenix La Mesa is the place to go to get things taken care of in a timely manner. It took a great team to get me Into an Awesome Coach that I am certain will last me several years. I'm in love with my new Minnie Winnie. Frank the Mechanic is the best, Super nice and very thorough. I swear he can fix or make anything work on these Rigs. He spent extra time making sure I understood everything.. James, the service manager who was a great, he took care of the issues on my old coach and made sure my new coach was dialed in and I was happy driving away with it. Rich Stein is a great salesman, won't try to sell you on something you are not comfortable in. He is not pushy and very personable. Rich went over and above trying to make things happen for me and make me happy with the deal.. Scott, Very professional sales manager, he is easy to talk to and will talk to you like a normal person instead of being a sales shark. Thank you La Mesa Phoenix"

"I had to call 3 times before I could make a service appointment. Left a message on a machine, physically talked to someone to leave a message for service appointment to call me. Finally the 3rd time over 2 weeks I caught him at his desk. Why did I have to call 3 times? I wondered if I waited how long would it had taken to return my previous 2 messages?"

"Giving zero stars isn’t an option! So I have to give them one star but, they don’t even deserve that! We bought our brand new 2018 Roadtrek Adventurous XL and included a ‘ming’ type $1500 finish in our purchase. Well, guess what? They didn’t do it, which is illegal to charge somebody for a service they didn’t provide. That was the first strike. Since that time we have taken it in for numerous other issues of which they have also failed us. Literally, every time we have gone to La Mesa for any service they have failed us. As far as I can tell, they are a very corrupt company. we will never go there again!"

"It took me 2 weeks of calling, then driving to them, and letting management know just how upset I was that they returned just one call 5 min Before the service guy left. My call went right to voice mail. They never returned any of the others. I was trying to schedule my 3-month-old to have a plumbing Leak fixed.. I got promises from the management I would be contacted the next day. The service advisor did call. He was rude and condescending and couldn't care less I was going to cancel a trip I had planned for months. He even told me I would have to figure out how to get it to them even after I repeatedly told him it wasn't road-worthy. He told me they don't have a mobile team even though I was told by managers they did. Plus I have a friend who bought an RV from them and also said they sent a mobile repair team to him. The service guy told me he had an opening 2 months out. And very sarcastically stated I can take that spot or go somewhere else. Which would have meant canceling all my plans. I called a mobile repairman and he came out that very day. Fixed the problems which were causing me to cancel my plans. La Mesa RV Service dept. Is pathetic at best. There is no service there just rude, uncaring, people. Had I known I would of experience this type of service I would have gone elsewhere to purchase my RV. All I can hope for is Keystone will reimburse my expenses for the repairs. AVOID LA MESA AT ALL COST! Once they have made the sell, you are on your own."

"Bought our 5th wheel in ‘21 from this location and brought back for service in October ‘22. They were quick and pleasant in the sale side but the service side has been terrible. Planned our service 3 months in advance and provided clear list of needs (3 months in advance) only to be told on day of drop off they couldn’t address all the items on the list as it would take too long and they couldn’t allow us to take that much time in service. Several followup items that were known to need followup resulted in 3 months of emails and phone calls to get the follow-up items resolved. They dropped the ball and finally said sorry we can’t help you as we have changed our service department to an express install shop (whatever that is). This is a story that seems to be everywhere of terrible service."
