"Absolutely horrible customer service how are you guys going to sell used vehicles and not know how to work on them. They're over here telling me they have technicians back there that have been doing this for 30 plus years and don't know what rocker arms are. These guys are a joke. Do not purchase a vehicle from midway Nissan. Go to Toyota up the street. They will give you a better deal and put you in something significantly nicer"
"they suck here very deceptive about warranty service and what warranty covers on the vehicles. they try to get out of anything they can and of course the salesman just tell people whatever to sell the car. Tim in service is a spineless snowflake ❄️ that gets offended at the drop of a hat, just asking any kind of investigative question about the issues with the vehicle got him so upset I don't understand why just asking simple questions upset him so much. probably because they led to answers that they don't like. I would not do business here if i were you especially not with Tim. had a slightly better experience with Kyle here at service but as a whole not satisfied at all with this place. the last tub of Jell-O I saw had more of a spine than Tim has."
"I never received this kind of rude response and don't care attitude from any of my other cars, so far I owned Honda, Toyato and unfortunately I chosen Nissan for EV.. The car was good for last 4 years and recently it started showing battery issues. When I took it to this dealer first round they said they updated software and that should take care of the problem, and still did not solve it. So went again and they took a day to respond saying they cannot do anything until the problem get worst, so that mean they wont solve the problem even though they knew there is a problem and asking the customer to wait until they stuck in middle of somewhere and getting into more trouble before they start fixing the issues.. Even though I provided the video recordings of the problem, they say they need a better video :(, the video I provided them clearly say there is some problem.. Still stuck with them not sure how to take this further. Looking for the options.. Reached out to service center manager no response yet.. The service advisor told me that he sees the problem when he took the car for the drive, but when consmer affairs reached out to him, they heard differentlhy.. So he is not honest or Nissan not honest here. Totally sucks NISSAN.."
"Always an issue with times. Service Reps are rude as all hell. They will quote you with their diagnostics and timeframes and both are always wrong. Service department schedulers promise the moon and always under deliver. Avoid Jorge at all costs very rude and entitled. I'll be buying and having our next nissan serviced at Avondale Nissan. Worth the drive and at least they are honest"
"I went to this location for an issue of transmission stick not shifting from parking to drive. They did a wrong diagnosis and told me that they need to replace the transmission shift subassembly costing around 1200$ overall. They charged me 188$ for this wrong diagnosis. Actual issue was the brake switch which I have replaced on my own ordering from amazon which fixed this issue completely forever. I called the service manager explaining the same about their wrong analysis and diagnosis for which he said he will look in to this and will come back to me which he never did even after repeated complaints I made to this service center. Hoping that reading this at least they will refund the money they charged for completely reckless and wrong diagnosis. Now that’s the pathetic experience I had with them and I will leave it up to the customers to make their own judgement."
