Andrea is so knowledgeable, listens to my preferences (shorter length), cared enough to take the time to actually help me figure out why my extensions weren't lasting as long (brushing from the top and washing them after doing all my other cleansing was key), and even called to follow up and see how my lashes were doing! I'm thrilled with her level of service and how nice it feels to have extensions again."
