"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bought a used Diesel Pusher and I knew there was a problem with the fridge when I was inspecting the unit. Fridge was plugged in and while the freezer was frozen the fridge was about 50 degrees. I picked this unit up in San Diego where the weather was much cooler. When I got it home and tested in the AZ heat I was 60 degrees during the day. Called these guys out and Matt diagnosed the cooling unit being the problem. I explained I had a upcoming trip and he immediately went to work on it. This was no easy job by any means. Very time consuming and intense labor. He got the unit back together the day before my trip and it worked better but not where it needed to be. When I returned he came back and started from scratch again. Matt is a very likable and patient man. He never became frustrated and if he needed extra time he asked for it. And me being familiar with these units and refrigeration in general I knew this was going to be a process, but I also know Matt was the guy I wanted tracking this job. Guys like him that truly understand the science of a RV fridge are few and far between and a dieing breed to be honest. Anyway... He was back out today working on my unit for hours, and when it fired I had a feeling just by the way it sounded we were going to be good. It's cooling right now and I doubt I will be reporting any bad news. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and communication. It's not just Matt either Adrian is also a pleasure to deal with. If you need your RV fridge fixed these are the guys to use. This is all they do and they do it well! Joe"
