"Got me out of a jam and had me back in action the same day. Turns out my alternator went bad and wrecked my battery. The tow truck driver has definitely been around, since he pretty much got it just from the symptoms. This was the first time we went to a facility instead of our normal mechanic who was quite further away at the time. Saved a lot of headache."

"Do not take your car here!!! They wanted to charge me almost 4000 when it was simply not passing a test that had an air bubble in it. There prices are ridiculous!! I took my car to another mechanic shop and they charged me 120 for what this place was trying to charge me almost 1000 for. I thought that they were a good business because I have a membership with them but no!!! I am a woman so I’m not sure if they tried to take advantage of that as well. Talked to manager he apologized and he said he will talk to the technician."

I called on Saturday and brought my truck on Monday 7:30am, was given a ride to/from work,angle replaced my APS pump as requested with Ford OEM pump.overall very satisfied with availability of early appointment and quality of work."

"Just lived an awful experience. I brought our car in for overheating on 10/31. Paid just over $4k in repairs. I just got it back from the dealership yesterday 12/14 after paying $3k more to fix their mistakes. They didn’t replace the heater core. They damaged the radiator they installed. Alignment was claimed to have been done was indeed not. Engine compartment was filthy. Why pay to have the dash torn apart twice. Service Advisor Jimmy Everette never called us for updates or status. Not even a word from him when we picked up the car. No alignment sheet not even a thank you. Chris West the Manager had to step in when I got no answers from Jimmy. We determined the cause & solution during the phone call. He was the only saving grace in the shop. We called for the replacing of the heater cores but when I showed up they didn’t replace the heater core as agreed over the phone. They flushed them out and left me with a heater less car & suggested I go to the dealership. Upon getting to the dealership they informed me my new radiator is broken due to damage upon installation AND my heater core needs replacing and heater door is damaged. There goes the dash again. 6 weeks we’ve been without our car and $7k later. I hope the folks have plenty to eat for Christmas this year because we won’t!"
