"I go to digital dental at 3414 West Union hills The girls at the front desk are amazing, and the techs are great we laugh every time I visit. They make the experience very pleasurable it's not like the dentist office that you when to as a kid pain all pain. So I give the ladies at W Union Hills the Tony the tiger award they are grrrrreat!"

"Other than the place smelling a bit foul assumedly because of the two women eating their lunches at the front desk, it looked relatively nice but I didn't get to go through with my appointment today. The lady I talked to at the front desk was the same one I talked to over the phone when scheduling the appointment and she was just very rude to me over the phone and in person. She had a bad attitude and talked to me like a mother being passive aggressive with her child, talking to me as if I was supposed to know the information she's telling me beforehand. I feel absolutely humiliated and angry and I wasted time and money paying for a ride to and from this place. It's not the customers fault if you hate your job. Treat your patients better. We're human beings and we don't deserve this."

"Zero stars if I could. Booked an appointment for a cleaning and x-rays. No cleaning took place. All they did was take every single x-ray that my insurance covers, tried to get me to buy a few products, then told me to schedule another appointment for my cleaning. Regardless of the fact that I had been there for an hour, they never did any work on my teeth and I was expected to come back for something I had asked for on this visit over the phone. Something seems really off about this place. Said I have multiple forming cavities, that I need a deep cleaning, said I could benefit from shaving of my teeth shape, mouth guards, special mouth wash, this that and the other. I saw a dentist less than a year before this appointment who told me I had healthy, straight teeth. I was very confused. Finally it's time for me to leave. They say they can't schedule my cleaning because my insurance won't cover it so they need to call them first. I remind them that my insurance does in fact cover cleanings and that I only went to this dentist because they accept my insurance. They said my insurance does not cover "special cleanings." I asked them what a special cleaning is and they said I need a cleaning that is a deep cleaning but without scaling. Then they said they cannot give normal cleanings if the doctor prescribes something else even though the entire reason I booked an appointment here was to just get a simple cleaning to begin with. At this point I'm very frustrated and do not feel comfortable coming back here so I ask for my records to be released to me so I can go somewhere else. I had to pay $25 dollars and it was a very long, stressful process to request them and receive them. Every time I called they said they would send me the form to request records and I would not receive it. I will never come back here."
