The out the door cost factor in utilizing Hobby Lobby was the driving factor in dumping Michaels, and while we are noticably saving substantial cost here Vs. there, the real value is in the service that we routinely recieve here while patronizing Hobby Lobby. We truly appreciate the level of involvement that the staff exhibits to not just frame our projects, but to do their utmost to frame our projects with obvious pride in contributing to the end result. This level of interaction is something sorely missing at our previous vendor. It's truly a rare level of customer service seldom experienced in today's post pandemic world were a sense of communal cohesiveness is seldom seem and rarely exist. "It is one of the largest hobby lobbies I've ever been to, which is nice but can be overwhelming for some. I can say they have pretty much anything you'd need crafting wise if you have the $$$ to spend. Just like any larger, named crafting store, your going to pay a bit more for what your looking for. The only downside we encountered was the challenge of trying to find an employee when we couldn't find something. Besides that everyone was nice and helpful."

"Going in there with OCD is like going grocery shopping while you're hungry! They have super deals, especially clearance items! Erin in fabric is awesome and put up with having to cut a lot of fabric for me two separate visits... she is a valuable asset to the Hobby Lobby team! Update 10-20-23 Again, this is an awesome store with a huge selection of holiday (Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) decorations and gifts. The displays are even better than I remembered!"
