"I wouldn't even give em a start , I have seen for myself numerous times where these ladies disrespect the parents , they talk to them like if they children. I've seen it in person while waiting for my kids to get out the room. There was only 1 lady that knows how to do her job RESPECTFULLY, I BELIEVE HER NAME IS ROSE OR MARY , SHES VERY NICE . All these young lady's at this office need to get rid of there attitude and have some classes done on how to respect customers and talk over the phone . Every time it's something with these ppl. I will not be taking my 3 kids there because I'll catch a case with these young girls!"
