"Ben is awesome! Always gives the TLC my hands and feet need. He takes his time and goes beyond most nail techs. Just sit back and relax. Soak up the couple of hours. Don't rush. He listens when I ask for thin natural nails with dip over my real nails. My nails are always perect with great shape. He is a wonderful person with a kind heart as well. He often skips eating his meals just so his clients are taken care of 110%. He gives the best foot massages too! Shayla is awesome as well! I have known these two for years (10+) and followed them from their old spa. The spa is clean, friendly, and always accommodating. They offer the best options for pedicures beyond any spa I have been to in 20+ years...flowers, fruit scrubs, milk and honey and more. I highly recommend. Thank you. I keep coming back month after month. Worth my 50 min drive (each way) from North Scottsdale :)"

"I went in for a dip manicure and pedicure. My technician was nice , I'll say that first, I was disappointed with the quality of the work. The finished result was extremely bubbly , very noticeable to see the uneven thick bubbles through the nails. I have to keep my nails super short since I'm a massage therapist and the technician left a lot of excess hardened powder on the skin. I had her correct some of it , she said it's because my nails are short. I just felt the time should have been taken to still clean up the extra polish , so it didn't look so sloopy. I had to clean up the excess with a file afterwards. I also noticed afterwards that some of nails were not completely covered , some edges of my nails were missing the polish. My pedicure was better, different technician. Water to soak my feet was cold, I asked him to add hotter water once but the water was Maybe Luke warm, but more on the cooler side, after he added hotter water. The water alone made the pedicure not very enjoyable. The polish looked good , just the service itself wasn't the greatest. I thought coming to a nail salon called " Dip" I would get the best quality work for that service, it was far from that. I was super disappointed and I won't ever return."
