"So mad at this place! Be careful they will do services that were not requested by you and then charge you. I went for a gel manicure and took my 10 year granddaughter for just a gel polish. First the girl that was doing my nails, Daisy, sanded my natural nails so thin that they now bend and are very weak. Where I go in Prescott my technician always foils the gel off my nails as to not hurt my natural nail. Then while doing my nails she burped loud and my granddaughter and I were like oh my gosh so rude, never excused herself. The entire time 3 of the technician spoke to each other in Vietnamese the whole time making it very uncomfortable. Then the technician, Anna, doing my granddaughter’s nails charged me $40 just for her as she ended up doing 2 flowers one on each hand which was never requested and my granddaughter didn’t even want any flowers, plus charged me for a manicure for her which I specifically stated I only wanted a gel polish on her. I should have not paid them for those 2 services but I will never return and will not recommend this nail shop. Just be careful and watch what they are doing the entire time."
"I always have a great experience here! Charlie is awesome for pink and white nails, does them exactly how I like them, and I’m particular! I usually have Evelyn for my pedicure and she is very attention detailed! Great place and I’ve been to many!"
"Very nice, clean nail salon. I've had my nails done by several different ladies there & they were all great! You can make an appointment on their website which I like. Note that you can NOT add a tip if you're paying by credit card. Tips are cash only!!"
