"I had to file my own nails to try to get them to match. Some look like an almond shape some just look like an egg, they're fat and round. I explain what I want and they act so confused. Top coat isn't even. Some of them have bumps. The last pic is the reference picture I gave them....Don't even match! I wanted the design but I was so fed up from being there for 2 hours that I didn't even get the design. I just wanted to leave. Terrible. I will never go here again. Owners were kinda nice but the nail techs absolutely not."
