"I had Linda as a hairstylist on Friday 6/24/22. I showed her a picture of what I would like for a highlight and cut 2 times. Overall I thought it was good and before I left she said that if I have any issues when I try to style it at home, as long as it's within 7 to 10 days, I could come back in to have it adjusted. The next day I tried styling my hair as usual and noticed my hair looked very brassy and that the highlights were not all the way to my roots on alot of the spots. I called the salon and Susan answered. I explained to her what happened and was wondering if I could have it fixed. She continued to say" Maybe you should've taken a closer look before leaving the salon" unbelievable to hear this rude remark from her. First of all, I am not the hairdresser and shouldn't be blamed for the hairdressers error. And secondly, when I asked when I could have it fixed, she didn't answer. I asked if I could get a refund if she wasn't going to help me and she hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 times with no response. Unbelievable how unprofessional and rude she was to me. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau as well. Do not go to this salon!!!"

"After having a terrible experience last time I went Susan had me come in to fix it and oh my gosh!! I love it!! She was so kind and understanding! My hair hasn't looked you'd great in awhile! She did my hair exactly how I had originally wanted it!! I will definitely be going back to her again!! Thank you so much Susan!!! You are heaven sent!!"
