"Denise was the only person I could rely on for a good haircut. When I called to ask when she worked again, the answer I was provided was totally inappropriate. Staff are making up stories, telling lies, or sharing inaccurate information they have been provided by the owner or management. She was there for 18 years, always had three or four people waiting for her, and the company was crazy to let her leave. Who knows what really happened but if you’re looking for Denise there are other reviews that give you all the info you need to find her. I’m sure that where ever she is, she has a line of happy customers waiting for her. You are at risk of getting a horrible haircut if you go to this location now that Denise is gone."

"Denise Castaneda was the best thing going for this great clips. People stop talking poorly about her when you call to ask if she is working. She is five stars and the store is going to suffer. You should have begged her to stay. I will never step foot in this store again."

"Very unprofessional! I called to see if Denise Castaneda was working so I could get a hair cut and they were very unprofessional on the phone since she no longer works there and spoke badly of her . I’ve been going to her for 10+ years and I will no longer be going back since she isn’t there anymore . In today’s age you would think it’s ok for someone else to speak Spanish but they were not ok with her speaking Spanish . If you need to reach her she is on Facebook Den Castaneda.
