"Joe and ludolf take excellent care of the needs of our fleet. Adam and Andres have been really great techs and wonderful to work with"
"Desert Fleet is the mechanic service the company I worked for uses. To give you an idea how bad they are, I had them come out for an air leak on a break canister. The mechanic (Adrian?) claimed there was no leak, so made no repairs. The following day, we had to call them out again for the same issue. The same mechanic came out and once again, claimed there was no leak. This time, however, I was there and pointed out exactly where the leak was coming from. The mechanic then admitted “yes, there’s an air leak, but it’s fine and doesn’t require a repair.” We then pointed out that the slack adjusters were not moving on that axle because of that break canister, but again, came back with “it doesn’t require a repair, and even though the break canister is leaking air AND is wore out, it’s safe to drive.” What???? Half the breaks on a hazmat chemical tanker are not working but it’s safe to operate??? This was a normal experience with this company. If they weren’t refusing to make a repair, they were doing such a poor job that they had to come out multiple times for the same repair. Ultimately, if you have to call this company and want to save some grief, just wait for them to show up, hand them a check and send them on their way; you’ll end up with the same results."
"Showed up Saturday June 26 6:50am-7:15am and nobody was here. Google maps says they're open from 6am-6pm, but found Gates & Doors closed."
"This company has great techs that get the job done fast and demonstrate great customer service not to mention the dispatch team! thanks and keep up the great work"
"I have had the pleasure of working with Desert Fleet for the past 2 years. Their performance, communication and customer service is one of the best in the industry. They are very quick to respond to our needs and never leave a job undone."
