"Thank you Window Depot on 6th AVE for responding to my comment I left about Wallo Fausto, the door installer (owner of Opening Innovations). I have to apologize to you and Wallo for review i wrote 2 weeks ago. i wrote it before talking to Wallo. a few days after posting my review, Wallo called me and he explained to me, that he did not know of our appt. He had no info about it, no time, name, or address. He said his business and reputation are very important to him and he wanted to make things right. He offered to come and install my front door and security door for free. I found a nice door at Window Depot and Wallo installed both doors. He was very professional and conscientious of his work. I highly recommend Window Depot and Wallo Fausto.... Fred E"

I've received excellent, professional service, prompt estimates and answers to my questions. In addition to competitive pricing, the service and experience has been top notch. "ZERO INTEGRITY! I have bought windows twice here and twice they committed the same "mistakes." I bought windows and they placed a tag on the window as sold. I went back a couple of days later to pick them up in my truck and they said they didn't have them any more, that they sold them by "mistake." I was understanding the first time it happened but not when it happened the second time. This company lacks integrity and quality customer service. They said I would have to reorder again and wait 4-6 weeks. Why would I risk reordering another window and risk another "mistake". The manager was completely indifferent to my frustration and asked that I leave. His demeanor showed that this has happened before and they are not interested in providing the basic customer service standards, like holding a window that has already been purchased for a customer. Instead they rather resell it at a higher price and claim it was a "mistake". They are habitual liars and chronically make "mistakes" for their own interest with little interest in changing their ways. If you want to get treated with zero dignity, and loose time and money, then this is the store for you. The budget prices are not worth the frustration."

"Stopped in to get quotes and Jenny and her co-worker were extremely helpful in finding the cabinets for our dream kitchen. They showed us items we hadn’t thought about that brought the kitchen together even more. Gave us multiple options, showed us a digital rendition of our kitchen with the options, and went over all the pros and cons of different cabinet options. We purchased and ultimately left with a good feeling with our decision."

"I feel really bad only giving two stars to this place. But my experience wasn't that great. I stopped here for the very first time because I'm in the market for a new front door and I saw some samples they have in their parking lot that I liked. So I went inside and looked around it just looks like a warehouse inside like home Depot or something. They have some grab and go doors I suppose all lined up different sizes and shapes and designs. But I was looking more for a front door like they had out side. me and my dad walked around for about 15 minutes inside looking around and no one approached us to see if we needed help. So then I proceeded towards the front where the checkout people are and stood there for a little bit and still no one poked their head up and asked me if I needed help finally my dad went up and got their attention and I asked them you know how do I buy a new front door and all they did was point to a little pamphlet of all the doors they had on there from the vendor. And then I asked about installation and they said they don't install doors there. so I kind of was a little upset that I didn't get more help or they didn't even offer to find a solution for me they kind of were just doing their paperwork behind a little counter there. So I think this isn't the place for a buy and go type deal. It's not like a home Depot and trust me I don't want to shop at home Depot either. which is why I was trying this place. So I have the pamphlet of all the doors and I do wanna but one but now that I know where the doors come from and what vendor they are from I might just buy a direct from the vendor because these people here at this business did not bother to really try and make a sale with me. So I'm not sure if this place is for customers or more for contractors where you're buying multiples of things I'm not sure but it is what it is sorry guys. I did notice that the price is looked pretty decent I'll give them that and as one guy said in another review they have some awesome buy and go countertops granite at a great price so if you're in the market for some granite countertops I would recommend stopping here because I do think these are buy and go. But I doubt that they do any installation themselves so keep that in mind."
