Great Clips

"Used to have no problems (gave 5 stars 7 years ago and going since). Now, second time in a row over the past month I've waited 45+ minutes only for staff to skip over me for someone who just walked in with no check-in 10 minutes before taking them. Time for a new place, I guess."

"Omg wade was amazing!!! Made sure water temp was perfect for my hair wash, super sweet! You can tell he loves what he does and that makes me want to come back, he cut a little made sure I liked it and if I wanted to change anything about it overall best experience definitely deserves a raise!!"

"Very bad experience and haircut. I believe her name was Shala, new to the great clips, first day was today she said, many tattoos. Did not listen to a word of what I wanted from the haircut, did what she wanted and it ended up looking terrible. Claimed to have lots of barber experience in LA and then ended up nicking my head with the clippers. That part was almost comical even though it hurt. I let her do what she wanted cause she had a lot of passion but it looks awful. She asked to keep cutting shorter, I said no thanks so she took off my apron and left me with a not finished haircut and a weird fade. Not the usual experience at this great clips, I think she just had a lot of pride and was offended when I said I didn’t want her to cut my hair so short. It was definitely cut too short. I ended up paying and leaving the awkward situation. Hopefully she just had a bad day, I think she should maybe work on her communication skills, or just take a day off and have a break. Pretty weird experience with an adult and very immature."

"I worked here and one girl in particular that is mean to the clients and talks about all the stylist. She is fake as $!#% She wanted my position as manager so I packed up my tools and left because this franchise doesn’t have our backs!!! I put 110 % into this job for nothing!!"
