"I've made a trip out to this Sally's several times over the past several months, during normal business hours (as posted), and they've been closed. I'll need to shop at another Sally's going forward since this one is inconsistent with their hours. It looks like from the other reviews, I'm not the only one that's frustrated with this issue."

"Sophia was very helpful. She guided me to the correct hair products for rollering my wig. She even told me how to put the rollers in my wig so that my curls would come out with volume. I followed her directions and my wig came out amazingly beautiful! Thank you Sophia!"

"I love this Sally's with my whole heart. Been going here for years through all my hair phases and needs. The customer service has always been exceptional! The other day I went in looking for a toner to get rid of my stubborn brassy hair and Roberta(the lovely lady with bright red hair) actually sat on the ground in the aisle with me reviewing the ingredients in a product I was thinking about. She assured me it had great ingredients and was what I was looking for. And this wasn't a one time wonder they really know what they're doing here and will work with you to find exactly what you need especially when it comes to coloring and processing. Don't hesitate to ask them questions!! I also do have to add that this pertains only to this specific store. I've shopped at multiple Sally's in the area overtime and none of them have the same level of care and service that the happy valley location provides."
