I called Chapman and they asked if I could bring it to them now. This was about 3pm in the afternoon. I did and they had the car completely fixed prior to 5 p.m. with no charge at all. I have never had a dealership take you in in the afternoon, they always want you there first thing in the morning and you leave the car with them the whole day or two days sometimes.
