"Let me start off by saying I rent a home from American homes for rent in anyone who’s ever rented from them knows they use the cheapest everything. So the maintenance guy from American Homes for rent when I asked him the best place to find interior paint for touchup my walls he suggested Sherwin-Williams. So I brought a piece into them to have paint matched. And for whatever reason they just couldn’t match it so instead of. Just telling me they couldn’t match it and having me take it somewhere else they just continue to try and match it ruining the whole piece. So now because I have no other painted pieces that can be easily removed to be taken in for a paint match. So now I’m most likely going to half to cut out a section of my wall. Then when I called them and expressed that I didn’t appreciate them destroying the whole piece trying to match it. If they were having such a difficult time, they should’ve just told me they couldn’t match it and had me go somewhere else. But instead the lady decided to destroy the whole piece. I know it’s not an exotic are hard color because no contractor that American homes for rent hires is going to go out and buy high dollar or custom paint. Also, when I was talking to the manager expressing my discontent with her ruining the whole piece instead of just letting me take it somewhere else, she decided to chuckle like she thought it was funny. This is the customer service you can expect to get from Sherwin-Williams."

"When I need paint, I make sure to go to this particular store even there are other, closer ones on my way to where I am going. This is because Connor works there and he is amazing to deal with. He matched my six year old gray wall paint perfectly. The first time he mixed it though all I had was the name of the color from the builder and unfortunately it wasn't a perfect match. When I came back with a chip from my wall, Connor didn't hassle me at all. He gave me a direct exchange of product without charging me. Because of this I am viewing Sherwin-williams in a favorable light and will be recommending this store and the company to my neighbors."
