She braids hair and also does the best silk press I have ever seen. My silk press last more than two weeks. Usually the only last a day or so if that. Her braids are so neat. Looks like used a ruler to part your hair how straight the parts be. My favorite stylist. Great place, great conversation, great vibes."

"I had a 8am silk press apt booked with kharyzma, I wrote her on messenger and told her i didn’t see the link to send deposit so she sent me her cash app! I sent her $20 Thursday am apt was sat am. When Saturday a.m. came she text me on my regular phone number asking me did I ever send her the deposit I responded and told her yes I sent you the deposit on messenger and you responded thank you. she then responded and said oh I wish you would’ve told me meanwhile , I am at the shop at 8 AM waiting for her and the doors are locked she says I won’t be there for 30 minutes I am still at my apartment unless you want me to send you your deposit back or reschedule I said I’ll wait, 30 minutes later she texts and says I forgot the manager Changed the locks I have to go pick the key up so it’ll be an hour she doesn’t show up till 930 meanwhile I am inside waiting because another employee is already there who unlocked the door and is starting on her clients hair, Kharyzma Walks and doesn’t greet me, until she says you can come sit down in my chair so I sit down as I’m already irritated and annoyed that I waited an hour and a half she starts my hair once completed she says I will charge you $45 because I was late I gave her $20 as a deposit everyone knows a $20 deposit goes towards something you’re paying forward towards, so I tell her OK great so I only Owe u $25 she says no $45. So I asked her what was the $20for just to hold my seat she says yeah so I basically paid her $65 when I still press is $55. My hair was laid enough for her to make a video by time I got home it was already puffy and did not look the same at all I was not happy with the service or professionalism, late and communication was off from pricing and scheduling. And also either way you received $20 from somebody so you knew you had an 8 AM appointment and you was not there until 930, so I’ll find somewhere else to go I was excited for her to do my hair"

"Carlie didn’t show at the time I book online. I came cause we are both from Detroit in living in Arizona her work look awesome so I book. She nevered showed up no text no call. I text her brother because he’s the one who suggested his sister! He told me she was at the shop at 12:48pm did I still want my hair done: I replied no my appointment was at 9:00 am then he say he forgot she was going outta town. I wouldn’t recommend her this is not how things go. People that are serious and building brands an names for themselves doesn’t treat paying customers that respect there jobs like this. O she nevered called as well. It’s stylists out here in Arizona that honors their customers try March Look her up on style seat. She is about her business an her own hair products an shop."

"Don’t go here at all. So unprofessional. I went to get lash extensions here from Victoria Leaders and they were great at first until I got the WORST eye infection the next day. My eye was swollen and red. It looked AWFUL. When I contacted her about it she was nice at first. She told me to come in for a removal, but couldn’t give me a time. She said she would let me know when she was home... I told her that wouldn’t work for me. I needed to go in around 4 or 4:30 (I work a job). She was unable to accommodate. I asked for a refund so I could go and get them removed from someone else and she said that I would get part of the refund now and part after I came in for a removal EVEN THOUGH she was unable to work me in. Then she said I kept changing my story..? Very unprofessional place and she was very rude. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Don’t waste your money."
