"Wish I would have been informed when making a new pt appointment that any work needed done parents are not aloud back with their children. Would've saved me a lot of head ache at today's appointment. Front desk tried to be very accomadting but the dentist who spoke with me and another lady were a little stand off ish due to the fact I was uncomfortable with not being able to be back there with my kids. If anything they should've been more understanding to the situation."

"Feel like they don't listen to what you are explaining to them about pain your child is having.. The actual dentist seem decent now their little assistants with their rude attitude is where I struggle. You can't say anything without them getting snappy and talk ing to you rude. I always have to talk to the manager instead I have no patience for these rude little girls when it comes to discussing dental issues my child is having I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! THIS IS MY LAST VISIT HERE DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK I RATHER DRIVE 30 MIN ELSEWHERE THEN 5 MIN FROM MY HOUSE TO DEAL WITH RUDE STAFF.."
