"Well at one time this place was top notch, but my recent visit was the worst the branch manager is a waiste of time wont call you back he hides behind Corp, so i my took truck in for a code took two days for them to give me a answer to tell me the part was 50 to 60 days on back order and the part was $9250 i find the part for $4038 i pay $200 shipping to find out the part number they gave me was not for my truck i then pay $200 to ship it back , i take the truck to my mechanic who found the real problem which was Fascia Soot on the DPF truck pass two regeneration with amazing results & numbers, for 3 days calling Cummins and Corp for them to tell me its not there problem they received the wrong part number from Kenworth and the mechanic said this was what was wrong but they didn't take anything apart but they lied and told me they had to remove the system to get the part number off of it but yet they didn't, was given wrong info From Gerry & Kevin and there pissed because i called my bank and disputed the charge when you make a mistake Cummins own it and take care of your customers oh yea it was $1400 for my Mechanic to troubleshoot and fix my truck not $13,000 Cummins wanted to charge."

"RV generator warranty repair. Staff very polite and kind! Love that they have RV plug in for customers. I picked up a fair amount of trash... overflowing can in sitting area with picnic table, but later in the day someone took trash all away. Very much appreciated being able to stay in own rv on site in parking lot..thank you Cummins Avondale!"

"Dropped my RV off for diagnosis. Has been two weeks now and still do not have a quote to repair. I have to keep calling the office to get updates, a told they will call next day with pricing. No call. There is no sense of urgency or customer support. Communication would go a long way in satisfying the customer, but they don’t seem to care."

"Came in on same day notice with an engine code. Had me out and running again the next day. Hector and the crew are good people and the Quality Inn Goodyear gives a discount for customers here."

"If I didn’t have to go here, I wouldn’t. The actual service is great, when they actually get to it. I’ve been told repeatedly it’ll SHOULD get done end of day and it’s been weeks. I repeatedly have to call to get updates without hearing much of a certain answer back. I wish they would hire more techs to get work done in a timely matter. Been waiting on getting a part installed for my RV and it arrived Thursday, said it SHOULD be done Friday. End of day I call and it’s not done. Today, Monday morning, I let them know at 6am it’s ready and they hadn’t gotten to it for 4 hrs because a fire truck needed repairs. Totally understand the priority, but aren’t there other techs that can make my RV a priority?? Anyway, nice people, TERRIBLE timely service."
