"These guys don't have mudflaps installed on their vehicles. Had one of their vehicles spit up a rock at my windshield on the freeway causing it to crack. Irresponsible owners"
"Don't use if you expect your wall to last more than a few years. Royce built my perimeter wall as part of the construction of my new home. There is no irrigation/moisture remotely close to the wall. Within a few years, the lowest course of block started slowly eroding away. It's now gotten so bad I fear the wall will fall soon. Several attempts to contact Royce have been made, only to finally be told the wall is "out of warranty", and that they only do new construction and cannot help me even if I pay them. Royce does not stand by their products, and I strongly recommend going with another builder."
"Friendly and to the point looks like very hard working people there."
"This company does fence blk walls retainer walls etc"
"This company was hired by KB Homes to relocate my block wall. Relocation started the day we moved in and upon completion they left a huge mess (dried concrete, broken blocks, pieces of rebar, trash and dirt and rock from the trenches). Once they left, the employee stated they'd be back to clean up and when they came back they stated "that's not our problem, we're just getting our equipment". Contacted the company and spoke to (who they said was the foreman) and he also stated they aren't responsible for cleanup, even if I'm already occupying the residence. They obviously don't care about the customer, just the contract. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere."
