"I just spent $100 on my toes and nails. My toes are perfect my nails NOT. I’ve had nails since 1985 was in the hospital and needed a full set. Just got a full set there. They are crooked they’re not even formed to my nails. I shared this with the person at the front desk and she said I can give you five dollars off, then she said she can have somebody fix it. Well I’m going to sit there and take all these off so somebody can make these right. I wish I could post the photos. I always go to Scottsdale Pauline’s nails, I couldn’t go there today my tech was busy. I promise you that is where I will go. I shared with the manager your a professional here you’re looking at my nails right now and she said yes they need to be fixed and then they charge me $100. I was trying to tell the guy when he was doing these are crooked. This one is not covering my whole nail. I am So disappointed."

"** WORST EXPERIENCE ** I went to this salon this morning to get my acrylic nails removed. I cannot believe the way she took them off and how she left my nails looking! Used a plastic nail “tip” to rip them off my fingers. Then she barely used the grinder to even attempt to smooth them out. Didn’t soak them in anything to gently remove them. There was nothing gentle about her technique. The way she did it caused pain to my fingers. Now I’m left with this haggard looking nails! I could have done this damage to my own nails myself for free…instead I paid $15 for a “professional” to do it!!"

"Saw Michelle yesterday for gel removal and manicure. Similarly to other reviews, she has poor attitude and lacks professionalism. Prior to starting I let her know that I had a terrible hang nail which I had trimmed on my right hand. She asked me if I can soak it and I said I was unsure. She did almost everything in her power to make it more uncomfortable with the use of acetone etc. As if it was an inconvenience that I came in with a trimmed hang nail. At the end, she spoke very rudely to me when I bumped two nails under the dryer and “said you messed them up!?! Additionally, she cut my left cuticle on my thumb as seen in the photo, drawing blood. The tools used during my appointment did not come from a sterile pack, fair assumption that they were not autoclaved and sterilized. This is highly concerning and the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology would not be pleased with this level of care nor sanitation practices. I would not recommend the technician Michelle for the reasons listed above."
