While they were efficient in their duties, a more welcoming and friendly attitude would significantly enhance the overall patient experience. Their approach felt somewhat impersonal, which might be an area for improvement. I understand the dentist who treated me might be from a different office. His outstanding service would be a primary reason for my return.
