"This was my first visit to the business. The sales person was friendly, but not that knowledgeable. I questioned why the tile she was suggesting was perfect for my coffee table project because the tiles were ALL slightly domed. She said that was not a problem and any good tile layer could work with it. Thankfully I only needed about 40 tiles. I took them to the tile layer (in business for over 40 years) and he said these would not work for a table - you could never set a glass down without it wobbling. So I took the tiles back the next day - still in the box. The 2 sales people told me they would like to help me but the owner (in Phoenix) NEVER gives people their money back! Nice! After an hour of back and forth by phone thru the sales people (the owner would not talk to me to discuss resolution), the owner finally offered to refund my money except for 25% restocking fee!! Really -- 40 tiles that they took out of their back room?? So I will NEVER recommend them, nor will my tile layer who has his own successful business in Tucson."

"They have beautiful tile, not the cheapest but very high quality. Their showroom is not to be missed, gorgeous displays of how to use the tile. They helped me get the quantity I needed from their Phoenix store for the thick 6 x 6" dark blue tile that I used around my stove. I always felt their client base are designers and builders for expensive homes in the foothills, not me in my humble home. But they were nice during my repeated visits even though I bought most of my tile at two other places in Tucson. I never saw tile of this quality in Nogales."
