"Ordered 20 sheets of 5/8" sheetrock for a small job. Forklift driver dumped off some(about 11 sheets) damaged sheet rock on me. I thought I could work around because I've worked with it for years, but I found that wasn't that easy. I used all 20 sheets which included my 10 percent extra. Lost money on that one. If any of the drivers try to pawn off any damage materials inspect it before you sign the recipt. You paid for it and for the delivery but you don't have to sign for damaged goods. Take pictures and have the managers number ready and be ready to call and complain, and or ask for a refund. They may not like it but you are the customer. And of you don't like the service you can vote with your wallet, and not shop there again.\"
