"I had the most amazing experience at Big Apple. During the initial phone call they answered all of my questions and made sure my toddlers were comfortable coming in for their first visit. Then when we arrived we were greeted and checked in promptly. From there we were taken to the back and the kids shown around. They were able to pick their own show to watch while getting their first cleaning. While we did not get X-rays, the whole team reassured me it’s best for them to have a great first experience. The dentist was super personable and professional. He was very easy and reassuring with the kids. Best customer service I have seen and we will be back."

"We started coming last year, when I was looking for a pediatric dentist. We will never go anywhere else even if we move. Dr.Martinez and his staff have been nothing but compassionate and patient with my kids. They have special rooms and tools to make the whole process more enjoyable for children. They have mini sinks, toilets, chairs and a special room for toddlers to help the dentist become a more child friendly place. His staff are super accommodating. Dr.Martinez is super understanding and try’s to give you as many options to take care of all your dental needs. my youngest needed a lot of dental work but he’s been working with us for months and I’m so thankful of his advice and kindness, he’s upfront and will direct you in the best option for your kids needs. He doesn’t push unnecessary procedures and will try his best to accommodate busy schedules. Both my children love going to the dentist. I 100% recommend him and his staff. They have an awesome referral program and can attest it is real :)"
