"I bought a 2020 Evolution this month at Horner Group (love the cart), and the service they gave me was absolutely great .... I had an issue with a battery, and they immediately replaced all of my batteries with no charge, but what really impressed me was how they fixed a tire for me, and the guy I dealt with, Tom, delivered the tire to my home !!! Tom was outstanding in how he helped me throughout the process ... great company, great service ...."

"Purchased a 2022 Evolution in January. When it was delivered the headlight did not work. When they brought out the new headlight it was a different headlight assembly, the two do not match. who knows when that will ever get replaced. When I purchased I asked if they would throw in a colored cup holder to match the exterior cart, which is noted the bill of sale says it's at no charge. Went to pick it up they made my husband pay for it. They argued with him. The customer service at this establishment is below average. Will go to Az Toy brokers next time"

"We found our go to Golf Car experts! These people are honest and knowledgeable! The were very very helpful in answering all of our mechanical questions. Much better than attempts with other Golf Car stores In the area. They were patient because admittedly my husband and I are new to Golf Cars. We recently purchased a used golf car from a private party and are having a problem with the batteries. These folks explained everything to us so we have a great understanding of how our batteries/charging system works! We will be back when the new batteries are in stock."

"Poor customer service. Talked to Daniel about our extremely well cared for GEM car not keeping a charge. Said it was likely the batteries but they'd have to take a look. Also recommended a "Top to bottom, front to back annual service". They picked it up and contacted us a few days later. Turns out the batteries were bad. Told them "No problem, just do whatever it needs". Daniel said they did the annual inspection/service and everything looked good. Paid almost $3,000 and the cart was dropped off the next day...with a good sized scuff on the front end, lights not working, and no power to the stereo. I called Daniel and all he could tell me was that he wasn't the one that worked on it. Said the problem was probably the auxiliary battery under front hood and that I should fix it myself. When I told him that I shouldn't have to work on my own cart after spending $3k, he said that they could take a look at it...but I'd have to pay another pick-up and deliver fee. WHAT??!!! Told him that wasn't acceptable. He said he'd have the Tom the owner give me a call. Not surprised....I never heard from anyone. Go somewhere else...I will."

"I have had 3 dealings with Horner Golf Cars regarding my GEM golf cart. They truly understand customer service, and have nothing but good to say about having my cart repaired there. I think they have always been very fair about the cost of repairs, and they provide transportation to pick up and return my cart. Paul, Dan, Elizabeth, and Tom have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Horner Golf Carts."
