"Went in for a battery for garage door remote. Sold me one for $5.99 with writing on it that said "not fir individual sale" ...hmmmm. Found a package of 5 at the Swap Meet for $2.00. While it was convenient, and I do appreciate small business, not too sure why I feel ripped off?"

"Last time I'll go to this store! Ryan was happy to sell me an auxilliary 12v Jeep battery; however, balked at installing it "after" I advised him that a few additional steps would be needed to access the battery (the Aux battery is located underneath the main battery). He felt it would take him too long to finish the job. Additionally, he indicated he didn't know how to replace the battery. The process to replace the battery is quite simple, but would take some additional time to do it. I guess he felt that the additional time wasn't worth keeping a long term customer. I've had great service from this Surprise store, but in this particular situation, laziness and lack of customer service prevails. I won't return to this store. Others should note that battery installation is is not guaranteed and is contingent on whether they feel it is within the realm of their expertise - which is questionable."
