"Bought a new master cylinder. It was no good out of the box. The next two were also bad. After 3 bad units I order a different brand. Had to pay shipping and wait a week. Go to pick it up today and they cancelled it because of an error that no one could explain. The workers are nice and all but they doesn't go very far if they can't get right or working parts."

"This O'Reilly's has become my "Go To" auto parts store since they opened. The employees consistently go above and beyond to find the items that I need and offer advice. For example, last year I needed a new battery for my 2017 Mazda Miata. While he was installing the new one, he advised me to remove the thermal enclosure around the battery, explaining that it was installed to keep the battery warm in cold climates. In Arizona it causes the battery to run hotter and shortens its life. Little things like that are excellent customer service!"
