"Checked in online. Got the text at 2:25 that my appointment was in 15 minutes. Arrived at 2:37 and lady greeted me by saying that I was just about to get bumped. Nobody else was waiting in line and other stylists was ready as I arrived. Just seemed like unnecessary and didn’t feel welcoming."

"Absolutely horrible cut. I literally told the lady I was trying to grow out my hair from a pixie, even showed a picture of an example of what I wanted. I understand that cuts will not reflect exactly like a picture but what I got is nothing like the picture. Lower half of my head is buzzed which is bad enough but when I got home and actually looked at the blending (she didn’t even show me my back at the salon which probably was the best thing at the time) I cried. Completely ridiculous and devastating since I have been growing it and maintaining for growth for a year now which I have to start over now. I typically don’t get upset with my hair because it’s just hair but I’m pissed how this lady let me walk out looking like that and it’s actually too short to actually get it “fixed”. She shouldn’t be cutting anyone’s hair."
