"Check your bill. This place charged procedure D1330 - just for oral hygiene instructions for $95. Not covered by insurance (at least mine that I know has good benefits). What is this? Giving instruction how to brush teeth properly and charging $95? Lesson learned, always ask if any charge for any service they offer you. One star (zero if available) for trying to ripping patient with this"

"I'm a new patient at Laveen Modern Dentistry and I'm impressed. I've been there 5 times this year and have received great service each time from the office staff to the hygienists. Dr Amish Patel is an awesome dentist. He breaks everything down to the patients level, is very compassionate about his work, a good listener and has a genuine desire to help you. But above all that, he's a good man! I can assure you that you'll be in great hands!"

"Rosie the assistant was amazing. Most of the dentists I saw were nice. I had to go again today Saturday to get my crown adjusted. I saw Dr. Patel he was very curt. He has a terrible bed side manner. He's basically rude. For any of my future cleanings, etc. I will go to a different dentist. A friend of mine has also stated they had the same experience with Dr. Patel. He needs to work on his attitude."

"I love this office! They were able to work with me on finding a reasonable payment option since I did not have insurance at the time. It was something I was nervous to even go do because I didn’t know if I could afford it but they were able to help me and made the experience even more reassuring! They were also very efficient and quick to get me in! I will definitely be back!"
